Senior dogs bring a zen presence to any room.
Addy once spent about 12 hours on our couch just keeping us company.
Pilot still enjoys a ride and holds her own at the dog park in Alexandria, VA.
Oona is Luis and Mare's "pocket Rottweiler." She is addicted to being petted and will harass humans until the petting continues.
Although Gage is Mare's dog-nephew, she can objectively say that he is intoxicating and makes a good stole (shown here on Martha Schumacher, Mare's sister).
Coco lives in Farmington Hills, Michigan. She is a ball-aholic and is dedicated to her mother, Nancy Walter.
The little guy pulling the rope is my Zeke (also known as Zeke the Freak). He's now 75 - make that 80 - pounds.
Below Zeke is Lucy, Toby Urvater's rescued boxer who is without question an unrelenting ball-aholic.
Bottom: The intoxicating Gage, as a puppy.
